Returns and refunds for all products will be accepted within 14 days of Delivery. Also, in case of any manufacturing defects, we offer full refunds within 1 month of delivery. COD refunds will be given via UPI, Paytm, GPay, PhonePe and a nominal shipping cost incurred by us will be deducted by us (Rs 150 to Rs 200 depending on the location in India towards courier charges).
Paid order refunds can be sent back to original payment method, alternatively, we may give store vouchers in case of any difficulties.

In case, any pre-paid order is lost in transit then the entire amount will be refunded.

Our courier partner will contact you before delivering the product. In case you are not at the delivery address, three attempts will be made in order to deliver the product. Failing to receive or attend to the calls made will result in your order being returned back to our warehouse.
